Created in 2003 by business professionals who envisioned a better way to conduct business, AgCompass delivers virtual IT support to small and mid-sized companies. Together Everett Chambers and Ken Wedig, with roots steeped in the agricultural industry, and a dedication to continuing growth, decided to work together to provide innovative technology solutions for clients. Ken Wedig

Ken gained extensive managerial and systems experience while holding a variety of positions in IT and engineering at John Deere’s Corporate Headquarters where he worked for more than 30 years. He continues to research and apply the latest technology at AgCompass. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin and lives in Iowa.

Ev Chambers

Ev is a serial entrepreneur and business consultant from Wisconsin. He realized the benefits of cloud computing earlier than most. For years, he has helped businesses and clients save time and money by taking advantage of developing technology. He grew up on a farm in Wisconsin and has worked in the field of agriculture for more than 50 years. He has a PhD in horticulture from UW-Madison and taught at North Carolina State University but returned many years ago to his family’s farm in Wisconsin.

Nick Chambers

Nick has a background in distribution, sales, marketing, and customer service. As the Busness Development Manager at AgCompass his goal is to work with small businesses to find easy-to-use technology solutions that help your bottom line. He is also involved in the family cranberry growing operation with a brother. This involvement offers Nick an opportunity to experience first-hand the challenges of running a small agribusiness. He lives in northeast Indiana.

Collette Schultz

To help pull the back office projects together Collette Schultz brings her virtual assistance experience to the table. Collette lives in Wisconsin and her husband is also a farmer. No business can forget about the newsletters, marketing assistance, and research it takes to bring the best information and experience to our customers. Her day-to-day organization and assistance, helps the rest of the team in countless ways.
